How much do you charge per square foot?
Unfortunately, there is no universal cost per square foot to build a home. Home pricing is determined by the size of the home, layout, design, features and finishes, and the topography of the property where it will be built. For a no-cost home estimate give our custom home builders a call today!
How long does it take to build?
Our average time for our custom home builders to build a home is 5-7 months but this can vary depending on the size and complexity of the design and layout.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 33% of single-family homes took 4-6 months to complete so our completion time is similar.
Do you have a waiting list?
We do not have a waiting list. We are a smaller local custom builder that does little advertising. Most of our homes are built through referral and that helps us control our schedule so our custom home builders do not have a delay in construction.
Why don’t you have pricing on your website?
We believe it is important for our customers to understand what we include for our pricing and what makes us different when they are comparing. We start with many features that our competitors consider upgrades such as luxury vinyl plank flooring in entry, kitchen, dining room, all bathrooms, and the laundry room. Our garages are insulated, sheetrocked, and textured. Interior craftsman millwork including fully wrapped interior windows. We will estimate site development costs and we prepare & submit your permits! We also allow structural modifications to our stock plans or you can provide a custom plan for pricing. Following a site evaluation and our custom home builders will provide you with a comprehensive estimate.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer in-house financing, but we work with a number of different lenders that can finance your construction loan. For more information about those lenders, give our custom home builders a call today!
Do you allow for customization of your home plans?
Yes, you can modify any of our stock plans or we can quote to build your custom plan. Please give out custom home builders a call with any questions.
What makes you different from other builders?
We start with many upgraded standard features compared to our competitors. We will provide you with a comprehensive estimate that includes the site development. Please note that you will be involved to a limited extent in the power, water septic, well quotes, and logistics. But, if you decide that there are site development items you want to manage to save cost we are happy to accommodate this. You can also manage some of the construction-related items. We allow structural modifications and exterior style changes to our plans so we can create the perfect layout for you and your family! Where do you build?
Our custom home builders build in Clark County, Cowlitz County, and Lewis County, WA. We also build in Columbia County, OR.
Do you have a model home we can visit?
As a smaller builder, we do not have a model home to show. We do have finished examples in our office and we can arrange to show you a customer's completed home following a site evaluation and comprehensive quote. Give our custom home builders a call to schedule a time to see the finished examples.
